About Us...

​TWE, Inc. opened its corporate headquarters in suburban Chicago, IL in 2010. In 2015 we added a 2nd location in Houston, TX. We offer a wide range of services in both facilities, incorporating everything that is needed to deliver your products to the end user quickly and efficiently.

Our first commitment is to our customers.  We pride ourselves in top of the line customer service.  We do not believe in giving employees tasks if we, the owners, are not willing to do them ourselves.   We work hard and provide our customers with service we would want to receive ourselves.

Each of our staff is fully trained to handle every customer's product. We believe in personal communication with our customers as much as possible to establish trusting relationships.

Our Customers...

​Our customers range from entrepreneurs who hold down a "day job" while working after hours and weekends to build their own business to companies that excel in marketing but prefer not to have the headaches of shipping/receiving, staffing, and training. Some companies simply use TWE, Inc. as their overflow or cross-docking warehouse.

TWE's staff is fully trained and implements the "double check system". Each order that ships out our doors, whether via truck freight or small package shipping, is checked by a second person to minimize errors. We believe a happy end user means less time on customer service and more time focusing on marketing and sales for our customers.
